Your Responsibilities
You will serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor to hiring managers. You will drive the entire recruitment process in close collaboration with the Candidate Experience Partner and TA Coordinator.
Build strong and trusting relationships with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs based on business goals, job descriptions, and long-term talent supply.
Contribute data-driven insights about the labor market and competitive landscape through ongoing dialogue with the business and analysis of past recruitments to support future recruitment strategies.
Stay updated on current labor market trends, competitors' activities, and developments within the recruitment field.
Act as an ambassador for diversity and inclusion by ensuring broad and varied candidate pools for all recruitments.
Your Profile
You have experience in Talent Acquisition and recruitment, either from an internal recruitment function or a recruitment and staffing agency.
You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English and have a strong ability to build relationships while delivering high service to managers and candidates.
You have strong analytical skills and can interpret, analyze, and present data clearly and business-mindedly to various stakeholders.
You are curious and development-oriented, with a desire to continuously improve working methods and develop your competencies.
You have high emotional intelligence and show empathy, understanding, and sensitivity in interactions with others.
