What we offer

At the Pediatric and Adolescent Clinic, we are approximately 150 employees working together to ensure our patients receive good and safe care. The clinic consists of the neonatal unit, the pediatric emergency department, the pediatric and adolescent ward, and outpatient care. Our outpatient care includes a day ward, a general pediatric clinic, and various specialist clinics such as allergy, diabetes, and urotherapy clinics.

Many different professional groups work together at our clinic with the goal of providing children and adolescents with the best possible care and treatment. The secretariat plays a central role and works across the entire clinic. We are a workplace where all employees are equally important, respected, and enjoy working together.

Job Description

At the beginning of your employment, you will focus on patient documentation to familiarize yourself with the unit's routines. Afterward, the role is built up with your own areas of responsibility based on your competence, interests, and the organization's needs. We have a wide variety of tasks within the group, such as documentation administrator, scheduler, Heroma handler, Tele Q operator, ITR handler, team administrator, Rebus expert (statistics), and absence coordinator including the Red Cross. Improvement work and new ways of working are a natural part of our daily routine. We offer you stimulating work at a workplace where we actively develop the operations while valuing our work environment.

Education and Experience

We are looking for you who are educated as a healthcare administrator. It is meritorious if you have good knowledge of Cosmic and a strong desire to learn new things. Even if you are a recent graduate, you are welcome to apply as we will train you and adapt the introduction to you. Good Swedish skills in speech and writing are required.

Personal Qualities

We are looking for you who want to develop together with us, dare to take initiative and try things out with common sense, curiosity, and great joy. You like order and structure (our clinic is ISO certified) and can quickly adapt when conditions change, but still maintain calm even in stressful situations. You enjoy developing ideas, finding solutions, and suggesting new ways of working, and you have an eye for the organization's needs. You take responsibility for your tasks and perform them with high quality and flexibility. You have a positive attitude and enjoy working in a group. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
