As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you are a strategic partner to the business leaders and are responsible for driving recruitment processes from needs analysis to employment. You work closely with both managers and colleagues within Talent Acquisition to create a professional and positive candidate and recruitment experience.

You will among other things:

  • Act as an advisor and contact person for hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the business to understand competency needs, future workforce planning, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Use data, market insights, and environmental scanning to provide qualified recommendations regarding recruitment strategies.
  • Follow developments on the labor market, analyze competitors' actions, and identify new opportunities to attract the right competencies.
  • Work actively for diversity, inclusion, and equitable recruitment processes.
  • Contribute to developing modern and innovative ways of working within Talent Acquisition.

Employment type: Fixed-term employment as a consultant via JobBusters.
Work model: Hybrid
Salary: Approx. 41,000–44,000 SEK/month depending on experience.
Start: According to agreement
End: TBD

To be successful in this role you need

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition and thrive in a role where you combine business understanding, relationship building, and analysis.
  • Experience in recruitment from companies, consulting firms, or RPO environments.
  • Very good ability to communicate in both Swedish and English.
  • A consultative working style and a natural ability to build trusting relationships.
