About the Company

To our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy industry, we are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner for an assignment at their site in Finspång.

Thanks to high-tech and innovative product development, the company is an established partner in the energy sector, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions for the market's current and future needs.

This assignment offers you the opportunity to work in an international and forward-looking environment with many development possibilities.

This is initially a 12-month consulting assignment through Unik Resurs with very good opportunities for extension.

We apply rolling selection, which means the assignment may be filled earlier than the final application date.

Responsibilities and Duties

Do you want to be a strategic partner to the business and contribute to securing future competence?

We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who wants to take overall responsibility for the recruitment process and be a support to our managers in matters concerning competence supply, labor market, and recruitment strategy.

In this role, you combine operational recruitment with a consultative and business-oriented approach. You work closely with the business and help managers make well-founded decisions regarding recruitment and future competence needs.

Your Tasks

  • Drive recruitment processes from needs analysis to appointment.
  • Act as an advisor and strategic partner to managers in recruitment matters.
  • Develop requirement profiles and recruitment strategies together with the business.
  • Analyze the labor market, competitive situation, and availability of competence.
  • Present market and recruitment data as support for decision-making.
  • Contribute to long-term competence planning and workforce planning.
  • Ensure inclusive recruitment processes and diversity in candidate flows.
  • Collaborate closely with the sourcing function, HR, and other stakeholders.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are an experienced recruiter with strong business understanding and a good ability to build trusting relationships.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment from an internal function, agency, or RPO.
  • Ability to drive several recruitment processes in parallel.
  • Experience in working consultatively with managers and management groups.
  • Good analytical skills and habit of working in a data-driven manner.
  • High communicative skills and good relationship-building competence.
  • Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing.
