Jurek is currently recruiting a Senior HR Consultant/Specialist in Occupational Health and Safety for a project with a large public sector organization in Linköping. We are looking for someone who is confident in OHS matters and has at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The assignment is expected to start in August and run until January 2027.

About the Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for driving and developing occupational health and safety (OHS) work within the organization. You will work both operationally and strategically, with a focus on ensuring a sustainable and well-functioning work environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Independently handling and supporting the organization with urgent OHS issues, contributing solutions that ensure compliance and long-term improvement.
• Driving and developing OHS work through initiatives that strengthen the organization's structure, culture, and working methods in this area.
• Working broadly within HR and contributing a development-oriented perspective to various HR processes.
• Coaching and supporting managers in change management, with a special focus on OHS and organizational development.
• Collaborating closely with both HR colleagues and business representatives to ensure effective and business-aligned HR support.
• Taking significant ownership of planning and prioritizing your work, proactively identifying needs and driving activities forward.

Your Background, Experience, and Competence

• An academic degree in HR from an HR program or Personnel Administration (PA) program, or other education/experience that we assess as equivalent.
• Between 5 and 10 years of professional experience in a relevant field.
• Deep and broad competence in OHS. You have worked independently with urgent OHS needs in business operations and have driven development projects in this area. You have worked as an HR generalist with OHS competence or as a specialist in the OHS field.
• Experience working developmentally with HR from a broad perspective and is accustomed to coaching managers through changes.
• Accustomed to independent work, identifying what needs to be done and prioritizing accordingly. The assignment also requires extensive collaboration with HR colleagues and business representatives.
• As the assignment is complex, high demands are placed on personal maturity, communication skills, and ability to take action.
