Your Role

Do you want to work in a strategic key role where you contribute to creating structure, transparency, and effective decision-making support in a complex organization? We are now looking for an experienced and analytical strategist who wants to take a holistic approach and develop us at the Business Unit (BU) Aerospace Systems within Risk & Resource Management.

As a Risk & Resource Manager, you work closely with the business unit's leadership, programs, and functions, where you help develop decision-making support, scenarios, and recommendations for leadership and steering groups. You are responsible for developing and ensuring efficient working methods to identify, assess, and manage risks, as well as optimizing the use of our resources over time. You drive the development of common working methods, follow-up on planning and delivery, and ensure these are implemented in practice in both line and program organizations.

The role encompasses overall responsibility for our BU's:

• Risk Management, including Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), project risks, and Business Continuity Management (BCM)
• Resource Management, including Resource & Capacity Management (RCM), Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP)

Your main tasks include:

• Leading the development and implementation of processes within risk management and resource management
• Coordinating risk management at the business unit and program level
• Driving and further developing working methods related to the S&OP process, including the link between demand, capacity, and delivery
• Supporting programs and line functions in capacity planning, prioritization, and resource balancing

Your Profile

You are an engaged and responsible person who thrives in cross-functional collaborations. You work in a structured and quality-assured manner, and have a good ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and partners.

You have strong analytical skills and can see the big picture while being sensitive to the organization's needs. You create engagement and involvement through clear communication and have a natural curiosity that drives you to develop and improve working methods.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has relevant education, for example in industrial economics, systems science, or mechanical engineering - or equivalent experience
• Has experience in strategic work within risk management, resource planning, or related areas
• Has the ability to quickly get up to speed with new operations and understand processes and needs
• Thrives in a changing environment and has a solution-oriented and non-hierarchical approach to work
• Expresses yourself well in speech and writing in Swedish and English

It is also meritorious if you have:

• Experience with tools supporting S&OP, risk management, or workforce planning

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to the currently applicable regulations for security clearance. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.
