What will you do?

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a vital part of the experience at the workplace. With a warm welcome, an eye for detail, and genuine service commitment, you contribute to creating a pleasant, welcoming, and well-functioning environment for customers, employees, and visitors alike.

You are often the first person people meet, playing a central role in making everyone feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. At the same time, you ensure that daily operations run smoothly by handling both service inquiries and administrative tasks.

Examples of tasks include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming and assisting visitors
  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Other administrative duties
  • Handling fault reports
  • Placing and receiving orders
  • Maintaining coffee machines
  • Ensuring the office is tidy and clean
  • Establishing good contact with the customer

We are looking for someone who

  • Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Has good digital skills and learns new systems easily.
  • Has at least one year of experience in a service-oriented role with a focus on customer interaction. Experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or in customer service is an advantage.

About the position

  • Employment type: Permanent
  • Employment level: 75%
  • Working hours: Monday-Friday 07:30-14:00 or 09:30-16:00
  • Start date: September 1st or as agreed
  • Probation period: 6 months
