Sodexo AB works on behalf of Region Östergötland. Our operations in Östergötland include caretaker services, cleaning, and meal services at the Hospital in Motala and Vrinnevi Hospital in Norrköping, meal services at the University Hospital in Linköping, as well as cleaning services at primary healthcare centers in central Linköping and surrounding areas. We also supply Region Östergötland with healthcare materials from the Central Depot in Norrköping. Working with us is both developmental and requires personal commitment.
We are expanding our reception operations and are therefore looking for a new employee for the central reception at Vrinnevi Hospital.

As a receptionist, you are the face of the operation. Your duties include, among other things, receiving visitors, handling email, answering phone calls, placing orders, handling invoicing, and performing other administrative tasks common in the reception. You will receive a thorough introduction to give you good conditions for succeeding in the job.
Your main tasks in the reception will include:
- Register patient arrivals in Region Östergötland's data system so that the relevant department knows the patient has arrived.
- Collect payment from patients and register payments correctly in the current system.
- Direct patients and visitors to the correct clinic, department, or other function within the hospital.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails, and provide clear information according to established routines.
- Issue Region Östergötland's reserve SITHS cards and TEXI cards according to established routines.
- Staff, receive, and administer bookings for conference rooms as needed.
- Handle invoicing, orders, and other administrative tasks within Sodexo's operations.
- Assist with self-service terminals according to contractual requirements.
- Contribute to good communication and cooperation with colleagues, customers, patients, and visitors.
- Staffing at the reception in Finspång may occur on isolated occasions during absence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Experience from the service industry.
- Further education relevant to the position is an advantage.
- Fluency in Swedish in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension.
- Good proficiency in English in speaking and writing.
- Good knowledge of the Office package, focusing on Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with administrative work and working in various systems.
- Valid driver's license.

- Good ability to listen and communicate clearly.
- Flexible with a positive attitude.
- High social competence and ability to treat both guests and patients in a professional manner.

Employment type and working hours:
The employment is permanent with a probationary period of 6 months. Working hours are during the day, on weekdays.
