Habiliteringen is a specialized service offering interventions to children, young people, and adults with motor and intellectual disabilities, as well as to their relatives and networks. Habiliteringen in Östergötland is a county-wide clinic comprising approximately 120 employees, with operations in Linköping, Norrköping, and Motala. We are now looking for a Healthcare Administrator for Habiliteringen Motala.

Job Description

• Responsible for patient-related documentation.
• Has contact with patients via telephone, 1177, and similar channels.
• Works according to local job descriptions that may exist at the workplace.
• Works with compensation systems linked to patient documentation.
• Participates in operational follow-up.
• Works in a team and contributes to good cooperation and open dialogue with colleagues.

We are looking for a Healthcare Administrator who can contribute with administrative support in several different areas such as patient, personnel, and IT administration. In addition to usual healthcare administrator tasks, we expect you to be close to the teams, make bookings, create booking materials, perform administrative follow-ups, and more.

As we actively work to develop and improve operations, we want you to contribute new thoughts and ideas and see opportunities in changes. Part of the work involves collaboration with other healthcare providers and authorities.

About You

Vocational Higher Education Diploma (YH) in Healthcare Administration. It is meritorious if you have a few years of professional experience.

We would appreciate it if you have previously worked in our journal system, Cosmic, and if you have experience working in our systems such as Tessa, Unit4, and Synergi.

The job requires good communication skills and a professional attitude. You are meticulous, flexible, and quick to take on new tasks, and you take responsibility for your work. You plan, organize, and prioritize your tasks efficiently. The job also places high demands on cooperation with both colleagues, patients, and relatives. Personal suitability is of great importance.
