Accounting Services is Saab's Shared Service Center, providing business areas with services regarding accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, accounting, monthly and annual closing, and financial systems.

Your Responsibilities As an Accounting Assistant in the Accounts Payable team, you will, together with your colleagues, be responsible for the receipt registration and coding of incoming supplier invoices. You will also be responsible for sending invoices for approval and ensuring they return for further payment processing. The role also involves problem-solving and proposing improvements for more efficient handling.

Your Profile We are looking for you who have:

• An education in economics from either a university college or university.
• At least 1 year of experience working in finance/accounting.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience with accounts payable.
• Knowledge of the business system Agresso.

To thrive in this role, you need to be a social team player with a positive attitude and energy. You maintain your calm and high quality even during periods of high workload. You also have good language skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

The work is performed on-site at the office in Linköping. There is some possibility of remote work, approximately 1–2 times per week.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
