We are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a consultancy assignment in Finspång with an international and technology-intensive organization with strong innovation power and a global presence.

About the Assignment

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will become a strategic and operational partner to the business's managers. You are responsible for driving recruitment processes from needs analysis to appointment and work closely with both hiring managers and other functions within Talent Acquisition.

You will become part of an established TA team where collaboration, quality, and candidate experience are in focus. The role involves great variation and broad contact areas, where you combine recruitment competence with business understanding, labor market insights, and data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

In the role, you will among other things:

  • Be an advisory partner to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Lead and drive recruitments from job profile to employment.
  • Collaborate with the business regarding competence needs, future resource planning, and talent strategies.
  • Contribute with market analyses, talent intelligence, and labor market insights.
  • Ensure a professional and high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Work actively with sourcing and development of candidate networks.
  • Ensure inclusive and objective recruitment processes.
  • Follow up and analyze recruitment data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the development of ways of working, processes, and recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with Candidate Experience Partners, coordinators, and other internal stakeholders.

We are looking for you who

You have several years of experience in Talent Acquisition and are accustomed to working consultatively with managers and decision-makers. You thrive in an environment where you get to combine recruitment, business understanding, and analysis, while building long-term relationships with candidates and the business.

To succeed in the role, you are structured, communicative, and trustworthy. You are used to handling several processes in parallel and feel confident in challenging, guiding, and giving recommendations based on both experience and data.

As a person, you are unpretentious, service-oriented, and solution-oriented with a genuine interest in people, organizations, and talent acquisition.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or equivalent in-house, recruitment agency, or RPO operations.
  • Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Documented experience of working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • Good analytical skills and experience using data as decision support.
  • Experience of delivering high quality in both candidate and customer experience.
  • Ability to independently drive recruitment processes from start to finish.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience from larger international organizations.
  • Experience of recruitment within technology, industry, or engineering-intensive businesses.
  • Experience of workforce planning, talent intelligence, or strategic talent acquisition.
  • Experience of working with diversity, inclusion, and objective selection methods.
  • Experience of data-driven recruitment and recruitment analysis.
