Your Responsibilities

Skill is looking for a Talent Sourcing Partner for Siemens Energy, where you will be responsible for proactively identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates to meet the company's recruitment needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition Partners, contributing to the development of effective and inclusive recruitment processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify and source candidates via LinkedIn, ATS systems, networks, and other relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for future recruitment needs.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews as well as initial candidate assessments.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on requirement profiles, market insights, and recruitment strategies.
  • Analyze sourcing and recruitment data to optimize methods and results.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and professional follow-up.
  • Actively work with diversity and inclusion to ensure a broad candidate pool.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and strengthen the employer brand.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Extensive experience as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, either from an RPO, recruitment agency, or internal recruitment function.
  • Experience in searching for and networking with candidates via various social and professional channels, such as LinkedIn.
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean searches. Experience with training such as SocialTalent and advanced sourcing methods is highly advantageous.
  • Analytical ability and the capacity to present market insights that influence and support decision-making.
  • A mindset driven by continuous improvement and the ability to adapt working methods based on talent availability in different market segments.
  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on meeting and exceeding expectations.
