Job Responsibilities

We are looking for an educator who wants to work with a preschool in our time in Heberg! Here we work at a 4-department preschool where children's influence and participation are incredibly important to us. By following the children's interests through our projects, we are constantly learning new things. Together we discover and explore what captures our attention. Here, conditions are created for the children to become who they want to be and given the opportunity to expand their learning.

We work around the equal value of all children and see that differences enrich. We see all children as an asset and take advantage of the children's reflections on their own learning. Both children and adults are co-explorers in the activity's play and learning. We value democracy, hope for the future, and global sustainable development.

We work actively with children's learning identity, so that they can feel joy in their learning and feel confidence in their own abilities. We do this by encouraging curiosity, creativity, and imagination. This enables all children's rights to be in progression in learning, to be on their way to the top of their abilities.

Arbetslagen works actively to offer learning environments at the preschool that are challenging, changeable, and accessible. We work exploratively where children and adults together get to discover, investigate, and experience. The intention is always to improve and refine the preschool's teaching, so that there are real effects for children's changed knowledge and progression.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have an educator education. As a person, you choose to see the positive in both children, colleagues, and guardians, and your attitude is that everyone does as well as they can based on their conditions. You are flexible, development-oriented, and focused on finding solutions to drive the activity forward. Together we create conditions for everyone to succeed, both adults and children!

You have good communicative skills in both speech and writing.
