The role of Support Pedagogue with us
As a Support Pedagogue, you have a central role in the operations with special responsibility for development, quality, and user focus. You use your advanced pedagogical competence to ensure that support for each individual is of high quality and carried out in accordance with current implementation plans.
You serve as a pedagogical role model and act as a supervisor for support assistants and support aides in user-proximity work. In close collaboration with the unit manager, you plan and lead operational meetings, contribute to prioritizations, and drive systematic quality work forward.
A part of the assignment involves quality-assuring social documentation and following up on implementation plans, as well as contributing a holistic perspective through environmental scanning and development work.
You are also part of the municipality's Support Pedagogue Network, which meets a few times a year – a forum for experience sharing, competence development, and joint quality improvement. You are also a prioritized target group for receiving support from the operational area's method developers.
In the role, you combine development work with direct work together with users, which gives you good insight into daily life and creates the best possible conditions for close, relevant, and sustainable quality work.
Your profile
You are pleasant and receptive in your interactions and find it easy to collaborate with others. You build new contacts and maintain existing working relationships. You take responsibility for your work, drive it forward, and deliver results. You plan and prioritize your work effectively. You are open to change, take initiative, and contribute new ideas to the work. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Our offer and other information
We offer a permanent full-time position with a start date as agreed.
Within the Department for Individual & Family Care, all employees within Housing with Special Service and Home Support are employed on a full-time basis but have the possibility to reduce their working hours to the desired degree based on operational needs.
