Personal Assistants Wanted for a Vibrant Man in Falkenberg, 80% Position

A vibrant man in central Falkenberg is looking for an additional assistant to work days, evenings, and every other weekend. Working hours follow a rotating schedule from 08:00 to 20:00.

The assistance is double coverage around the clock – this means you will never work alone, but always have a colleague by your side.

About the Assignment

I am a positive man in my 50s who previously lived an active life. Due to illness, I am now paralyzed with some remaining mobility, but my goal is to get back – as much as possible, in my own way. I now need help with all the practical aspects of daily life: transfers, meals, hygiene, household chores, and so on.

You will become part of the team that helps me shape a new life, with dignity, security, and as much independence as possible.

Who Are We Looking For?

You preferably have experience working in healthcare and/or as a personal assistant.

As a person, you are empathetic, stable, and have a strong sense of responsibility. You are observant, can read the mood, and are not afraid of physical work. You notice when I am tired, when I am ready to go, and when I need you the most – even if I don't always say it directly.

What Do We Offer?

Shifts during the day, evening, and weekends, from 08:00 to 20:00. Practical training in tracheostomy care and gastrostomy is provided at the hospital. Positions are filled on an ongoing basis once we find the right assistant, so if this sounds interesting, please submit your application.

The position starts as an hourly contract and may later convert to a fixed-term contract for the duration of the assistance assignment, with an employment level of 80%.
