The role of personal assistant with us

At this workplace, you always have support from a colleague, as the user of assistance has double staffing around the clock. Around you, there is also a team of colleagues, method developers, and a manager. You will work based on the user's individual needs by providing support with personal care, practical tasks in the home, and leisure activities. The user (male) needs deeper support in the form of advanced medical interventions.

Your profile

As a person, you are professional in your approach and receptive to your surroundings. You find it easy to collaborate and swap shifts with your colleagues. You take responsibility for both your own and your colleagues' work environment. You see opportunities in changes, take initiative, and bring new approaches to work-related issues. You are flexible and can consider supporting other users if needed. Personal suitability is of great importance.

We are looking for someone who:

• is at least 18 years old
• does not have a fur allergy, as there is a dog at the workplace
• is a nursing assistant or has several years of experience in comparable work
• expresses themselves well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, as this is required in daily work
• can work both days and evenings as well as every other weekend

It is an advantage if you have:

• education focused on care and social services
• previous experience working as a personal assistant
• relevant delegation (medical tasks)

Our offer and other information

We offer both permanent and fixed-term positions on part-time/full-time basis, with start dates according to agreement.

Your employment percentage will be adapted to your form of employment. For those employed permanently, you will work on a rolling schedule covering all days of the week. Working hours during the day, evenings, and every other weekend. We plan working hours based on a reduced working week of 37 hours.

Note that a certificate of good conduct (police record) will need to be presented in connection with employment.

Background checks may be conducted prior to employment.
