About You
We are looking for you who take the time to listen to your client's needs and are receptive and humble. You are confident in your professional role and have a professional approach. You are a person with a strong work ethic who sees the big picture in a task.
We would appreciate it if you have experience working with people with multiple disabilities. You enjoy working with established routines but can also, if necessary, make independent decisions based on the person's needs and wishes. You have a good mood and the ability to sense the situation of the person you are working with.
