About the Position

You will join a team of case workers with broad competence within LSS (Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments), social psychiatry, and substance abuse/addiction. As the responsible person for children, young people, and adults within LSS, you investigate, assess, and make decisions primarily according to the LSS Act and also the Social Services Act (SoL).

You have daily contact with users, relatives, representatives, and other internal and external actors.

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for you who have a degree in social work or another equivalent higher education degree with social law as a requirement.

• Are knowledgeable about legislation and its preparatory work as well as the regulations that govern our work.
• Have good investigative methodology and experience in documentation.
• Can express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
• A B-class driver's license is required for the position.

We consider it meritorious if you have experience working as an LSS case worker or other authority enforcement within the Social Services Act.

You should have good collaboration skills but also feel confident working independently. You need to enjoy that the day does not always go as planned and appreciate a varied job. You are solution-focused, engaged, and have self-confidence. Other merits include knowledge within IBIC and MI.

About the Employment

Number of positions: 1

Salary range for the position (salary setting 2026): Lowest 36,000 SEK, Average 39,333 SEK, Highest 45,300 SEK/month. Salary is influenced by experience and knowledge.

Interviews are conducted continuously during the application period.

Start date: As soon as possible or according to agreement.
