About the assignment:

Do you want a flexible and meaningful job where you can make a difference in people's daily lives? We are now looking for on-call personal assistants for our clients in Falkenberg.

As an on-call assistant, you work when the regular assistant is absent, for example due to illness or leave. This means you may sometimes be called in with short notice – a perfect side job for those who want to combine it with studies, other work, or retirement.

Our clients have different needs, but what they have in common is that the work as a personal assistant is about supporting a person in their daily life – at home, during leisure time, and sometimes even at work or school. The tasks vary, but may include everything from personal care to social support, practical chores, and active participation in the client's interests.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is responsible, flexible, and attentive
• Has a good empathetic ability and enjoys helping others
• Is independent but also a good team player
• Has good Swedish language skills (spoken and written)
• Has a driver's license – an advantage but not always a requirement

Previous experience working as a personal assistant or within healthcare and social care is an advantage, but not a requirement. We value the right attitude, so training and introduction are provided upon starting.

Working hours:

Hourly employment on an as-needed basis, day, evening, night, and weekends – according to agreement.
