We are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant. You must be able to speak and understand Swedish fluently, as many assignments require you to act as an interpreter for the person you work for.
Currently, we have everything from hourly positions and part-time jobs in the evenings and weekends, to larger positions at 75–80% that run for the duration of the assistance assignment. The working hours are either 08:00–20:00 or 20:00–08:00, with shifts every other weekend.
Our recruitment department will select from incoming applications and match suitable candidates with one of the clients in GIL who are currently seeking staff.
Working as a personal assistant is often different from other jobs. How it turns out depends on who you work for and who you are. You choose each other and build a relationship that feels good for both parties. For these positions, you are required to have experience working as a personal assistant and/or within the healthcare sector.
The tasks for these positions require you to speak and understand Swedish without difficulty, be detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions. Both positions require good collaboration skills, as you will always work with a colleague.
