We are currently looking for you who want to become part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our female client in Falkenberg.

What does this role involve?

The position is part-time, approximately 70%, with an older woman living in central Falkenberg. We prefer that you are available to start during the summer months. Working hours include days, evenings, and weekends. The schedule consists of split shifts with a longer break in the middle of the day.

Your tasks include supporting with personal care, managing household chores, and engaging in activities. The woman has an acquired brain injury, uses a wheelchair, and needs assistance with transfers. In her spare time, she enjoys dining out, visiting with family and friends, or taking walks.

We are looking for a lively and cheerful woman who is attentive and responsible. You will work with a salutogenic approach, providing support in all daily activities where functional limitations create boundaries.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We prefer that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while maintaining a professional demeanor.

We would like you to:

• have a genuine interest in helping others.
• be able to understand and communicate in Swedish.
• be flexible with working hours – days, evenings, and weekends.
• have experience in care and assistance (this is a plus, but not a requirement).

Additional Information

Employment type: As long as the assistance assignment lasts.

Scope: Part-time, around 70% (schedule changes are upcoming).

Working hours: Split shifts. Working hours are 9:00–13:00 and 15:00–18:45. You have a break between 13:00–15:00 and leave the workplace during this time.

Start date: According to agreement.

We offer individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Personal suitability will be given great weight.

In the event of employment, you must be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing citizenship within the EU/EEA or a valid work permit.
