We are now looking for personal assistants for a man in his 30s living in Halmstad.

The client has epilepsy and an intellectual disability. He requires 24/7 assistance and spends most of his time at home. Your duties will mainly involve assisting him with daily activities and helping with household chores.

Since double assistance is provided for a few hours each day, it is important that you are comfortable working both in a team and independently.

About the role

Shifts are scheduled during the day, evening, and weekends. We are looking for someone with a genuine commitment to working with people and who strives to ensure the client achieves the highest possible quality of life.

You thrive in a work environment where personal maturity, responsibility, and flexibility are valued. Since the client lives with his family, it is important that you feel comfortable working closely with relatives.

Qualifications

Knowledge of epilepsy is advantageous but not a requirement, as you will receive thorough on-site training.
