NyKraft is a privately owned company within the LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) providing personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values security and personal interaction, which is why most of our customers and employees are based in Falkenberg.

Our goal is to offer more personal personal assistance. As a customer of NyKraft, you are offered individual assistance designed together with the customer to meet their specific needs. The customer is involved in the recruitment process and in the final choice of assistants.

We are affiliated with Fremia and have collective agreements.

About the Position

We are looking for a female personal assistant for a 40-year-old woman living just outside Falkenberg. The woman has a strong interest in horses, animals, crafts, walking, and spending time in the garden.

Working hours are half-days on weekdays (approx. 15:00–09:00) and 24-hour shifts (12:00–12:00) on weekends.

Employment level: Part-time, 55.9% Start date: Immediately

The customer is a woman living in her own house just outside Falkenberg. She needs help with structure in her daily life but can physically perform all tasks herself. The assistant serves as a social safety net, providing support during social contacts and situations. As an assistant, you will help with all daily chores, hygiene, and care. Due to the nature of the customer's diagnosis, it is important that you are a person with presence, can set boundaries, and easily adapt to another person's needs.

Your Qualifications

• You are calm and clear in your approach and communication
• Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the role involves receiving and giving instructions regarding the customer's care

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working as a personal assistant/caregiver in psychiatry
• Valid B-class driver's license
