NyKraft is a privately owned company within the LSS (Support and Service Act for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) providing personal assistance in Halland. The company was established in 2012 with an office in Falkenberg. NyKraft values security and personal meetings; therefore, most of our clients and employees are based in Falkenberg. Our goal is to offer more personal personal assistance. As a client of NyKraft, you are offered individual assistance designed together with the client according to their needs. The client is involved in the recruitment process and in the final choice of assistants. We are affiliated with Fremia and have a collective agreement. Job Description We are looking for a mature and responsible woman who wants to work as a personal assistant for a client with extensive care needs. Experience from healthcare and social care is meritorious, preferably within advanced medical care, but the most important thing is that you have the right attitude and genuine commitment. As a personal assistant, you provide support and care based on the client's individual needs. The work requires precision, sensitivity, and a professional approach. In addition to the daily assistance work, you will contribute to good routines in the work group and have close cooperation with the supervisor at our office. You will become an important part of the team and contribute to creating security and continuity in the operations. We offer on-site training where you will receive the knowledge and support needed to feel secure in your tasks. Therefore, we also welcome you who have not worked as a personal assistant or in similar operations before, but believe you have the right qualities and the will to learn. With the right personal qualities, you can develop into a highly appreciated employee. The client is a young man living in Falkenberg. He has, among other things, a tracheostomy with a ventilator, so experience with similar interventions is highly meritorious but not a requirement as training will be provided during onboarding.
