We are looking for two student support staff members for a special teaching assignment aimed at students in grades 4–6 who, for various reasons, need an adapted learning environment and more individualized support in their schooling. We warmly welcome your application!

The Role of Teacher with Us

The assignment is carried out in collaboration between Åsa Schools 4–6 and Frillesåsskolan 4–6. The teaching will be located in Kungsbacka and conducted in small teaching groups as well as individually, in close cooperation with other colleagues.

The work involves planning, implementing, and following up on teaching based on the students' individual needs and prerequisites. The focus is on creating a safe, structured, and developmental learning environment where students are given the opportunity to succeed both academically and socially.

The position entails close collaboration between the schools regarding planning, implementation, and development of the operations. The students' needs and prerequisites vary, which places demands on flexibility, creativity, and a solution-oriented approach.

You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Great importance is attached to personal suitability.

We are looking for you who:

• Have relevant education such as social pedagogue, student assistant, or similar.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Relevant experience working within LSS (Social Services Act for Support and Service to Persons with Certain Functional Impairments) and/or adapted primary school.
• Education as a special needs teacher.

Our Offer and Other Information

We offer a fixed-term employment on part-time/full-time (80–100%) basis, starting as agreed.

An employment at Frillesåsskolan 4–6 extends until December 19, 2026.

The second position at Åsa Schools 4–6 extends until June 2027.
