We are looking for you as a preschool teacher to join our team in Åled, just outside Halmstad.

Here, you will work in an environment where children's curiosity, joy, and participation are at the center. Together with your colleagues, you will contribute to a pedagogical activity that develops based on our vision and operational concept.

Your responsibilities

Your work involves basing your approach on the children's interests, experiences, needs, and opinions. You have the ability to motivate and inspire the children by creating contexts and learning environments where their curiosity and desire to learn are awakened. By valuing the children's interests, you help them feel they have influence and participation in their own learning. You see children as competent and guide, support, and challenge them in their learning, both individually and in groups.

Together with other colleagues in the work team, you plan, follow up, document, analyze, and evaluate the activity systematically and continuously so that it develops in accordance with the goals of the curriculum and the preschool's steering documents.

Your qualifications

Requirements: Preschool teacher certification/degree or another teaching degree with eligibility to teach in preschool.

You are a stable and secure person with a good ability to create trust. You find it easy to work together with others and take responsibility for both your own and shared tasks. You can work independently, are clear, proactive, responsive, and adapt to the children's needs. You work calmly and systematically with low-affective handling and have a positive and inclusive attitude. Interest in and knowledge of outdoor pedagogy is meritorious. We place great emphasis on personal suitability for the role.
