Are you a certified driving instructor and trained education manager with a passion for providing your students with the best possible conditions for a successful path to their driver's license? Then we are looking for you!

About Trafiko and the position

At Trafiko, we are transforming the driving school industry for both students pursuing their licenses and the instructors who train them. In a short period, we have grown to become one of the largest players in driving education, offering introductory and risk management training in 35 cities across Sweden. Through our website and app, students study theory nationwide. In total, over 30,000 students are educated annually with Trafiko.

Currently, we offer driving lessons in 18 cities and are now expanding our offering to include driving lessons for our students in Borås. This is why we are now looking for you to join us on this journey.

About you

We are looking for someone who is positive, pedagogical, and passionate about helping students reach their goals by adapting the education to their individual needs. You are quality-conscious and have a patient approach. You take great personal responsibility and have the ability to complete your tasks independently with foresight and structure.

Requirements

• Certified driving instructor
• Trained education manager
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as required in daily work

Merits

• Experience using digital tools
• Additional language skills beyond Swedish
