The role of Preschool Teacher or Childcare Assistant with us

In this role, you contribute your proven experience where we together take responsibility, inspire, collaborate, and support each other. Here, we need both flexibility and attentiveness to the children's needs, as well as a willingness to communicate. In return, you will receive stimulating work in a creative environment with professional colleagues. Together with other educators, you will regularly engage in reflection. We work to make the children active participants in documentation, giving them real influence over planning and evaluation. Your close team is the most important reflective team, but you are also part of contexts with other educators, special needs educators, and the principal.

Your profile

You have the ability to work independently but also collaborate, take initiative, and actively work to develop the operations and its systematic quality work. Furthermore, you are service-oriented, adaptable to situations, and open to change. You collaborate easily, have good relational competence, and treat children, guardians, and colleagues in a professional manner. You express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing, as this is required in daily work. Personal suitability is highly valued.

We are looking for someone who:

• has experience in pedagogical work

It is an advantage if you have:

• education as a childcare assistant or preschool teacher
• experience working with children with NPD (Neurodevelopmental Disorders) diagnoses

The preschools in Onsala work together and are led by a principal team. We meet in a learning organization with distributed leadership and collegial learning. Here, we organize based on the child's needs. The preschools are located close to Fjordskolan and Iseråsskolan, which enables good collaboration with the F-6 schools and their environments. Our offer and other information

We offer a fixed-term full-time position until June 2027, with appointment according to agreement.
