Your responsibilities

As a teacher, you contribute to the development of the school's pedagogical activities. You are a clear and structured leader in the classroom with good pedagogical skills in teaching. You have high expectations of the students and can motivate them to achieve good results in their schoolwork by clarifying goals and knowledge requirements.

You adapt the teaching to the students and have a formative approach. Your pedagogical role often requires inventiveness, creativity, and flexibility, and you use strategies to promote students' motivation, participation, and influence.

You collaborate easily and see the work team as an asset. Together with the work team, you plan, implement, evaluate, and develop teaching based on the school's steering documents and goals. The work also requires collaboration with other colleagues at the school. The role of teacher requires a good ability to analyze the child's needs and the ability to use methodology well adapted to the student and the group.

Your qualifications

Teacher certification with eligibility to teach in grades 4–6 in mathematics, Swedish, and English. Other subject combinations may also be relevant.

You have the ability to lead and are communicative. You collaborate easily and see your colleagues as an asset. You have analytical skills and see problem-solving as part of your daily routine.

Plönningeskolan is located approximately 2 km from Harplinge in beautiful nature. The school serves students from grades 4–6. Plönningeskolan works on a grade-level team basis, where approximately 3 teachers work in two classes. The teachers in each grade-level team work closely together in their daily work, while we also work together across the entire school to develop our pedagogy and teaching. Plönningeskolan serves students from Haverdal and Harplinge and consists of approximately 165 students.
