Medborgarskolan in Varberg is currently seeking a dedicated French course leader for the spring and autumn terms of 2026. Do you have a passion for the French language and a desire to share your knowledge? We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to lead our language courses starting in the spring of 2026.

The courses consist of 10 sessions, each lasting 1.5 hours, held once a week in the evening. The classes take place in our facilities in central Varberg.

About the role

As a French course leader, you will have the opportunity to inspire participants and guide them in their language learning journey. You will plan and conduct your lessons independently, with support from our organization.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and teach French classes.
• Prepare engaging lessons that foster participant development.
• Adapt teaching methods to the group's level and needs.
• Create a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

Who we are looking for

• Excellent command of the French language (both spoken and written).
• Enthusiastic, pedagogical, and possess strong collaboration skills.
• Experience in teaching or language training is an advantage (not a requirement).
• A passion for adult education and a desire to create meaningful contexts for our participants.
