⭐ Active Academy is now looking for leaders for FunkyKidz! ⭐

We're looking for someone who:

👉 Loves working with children.

👉 Has a natural sense of rhythm and timing, and loves dancing.

👉 Has experience leading activities for children, preferably younger kids. Alternatively, you have a strong sports background or have led children in other settings (e.g., preschool, school, or childcare).

👉 Show great commitment to creating joy through movement for the participating children.

You are confident and self-assured as a person.

🎯 What is FunkyKidz? ⭐

At FunkyKidz, we blend dance and play in a fun and engaging way.

We work with a pre-planned class structure where all choreographies and games are carefully prepared. This allows you, as a leader, to focus entirely on spreading wonderful dance joy!

As a leader, you'll receive coaching throughout the term, attend a leadership training program, and become part of an amazing team of over 300 leaders.

You'll simply get the most fun side job that gives you valuable experience working with children's groups.

📅 Employment details:

• Hourly contract

• The role runs during autumn 2026, starting in week 35.

• Classes are held on Sundays from 15:00–17:00 at Varlaskolan's sports hall.

• Approx. 1–3 hours/week.

🌟 PLUS: You are studying (or have completed) preschool teacher education or similar. It's a plus if you've studied the arts program in upper secondary school, worked as a group fitness instructor, have other dance training, or similar experience. This is not a requirement – the right personality matters most!
