Do you want to help develop the project organizations of the future? This role is for you if you want to combine your project management experience with your ability to inspire and develop others. Here you will work closely with our clients and make a real difference – for both individuals and organizations.

As a trainer and advisor, you are a key player in strengthening our clients' project capabilities. You lead training sessions, facilitate workshops, and support organizations in developing working methods within project, program, and portfolio management.

You will become part of our team within XLPM – Excellence in Leadership and Project Management – where we jointly drive the development of project-intensive businesses in both the public and private sectors.

XLPM is part of our business area within Compliance & Management, where we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, security, sustainability, and project governance.

Your Role You work in varied and developmental assignments where you:

  • plan and conduct engaging training sessions
  • facilitate workshops and drive development initiatives
  • support the implementation and development of project methodologies
  • contribute to increasing our clients' project maturity over time
  • provide qualified advice to executive teams, PMOs, and project organizations

You are often involved in the entire journey – from needs analysis to implementation and follow-up of effects.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a communicative and outgoing person, who thrives on collaboration and building strong relationships. In addition to your personal qualities, we want you to:

  • have 8–10 years of experience in project, program, or portfolio work
  • be a confident and inspiring trainer who enjoys being in front of groups
  • have experience in workshop leadership and facilitation
  • have worked with project offices (PMO) and established project methods
  • preferably have experience from the public sector or civil engineering/infrastructure
  • have experience in change management and business development
  • communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing

Practical Information This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period, located at our office in Stockholm, Hagaesplanaden 49 (Forskaren). Travel to our clients may occur. Start date is by agreement.
