About the role
We are looking for an experienced tech recruiter for a consultancy assignment to join a dynamic and cohesive Talent Acquisition team. You will play a central role in recruiting for tech roles within development, infrastructure, and security, as well as more specialized tech positions. In this role, you will act as a consultative partner to hiring managers who own the processes.
You will be part of a recruitment team of 10 people, divided into smaller teams based on areas of expertise. It is a flat-hierarchy, friendly, and collaborative environment where idea sharing and discussion are encouraged. The role runs primarily from early August until the turn of the year, with a possibility of extension.
Responsibilities
- Support managers throughout the entire recruitment process, from job profiling to reference checks.
- Collaborate closely with managers through kick-off meetings, CV screening, and job ad creation.
- Conduct assessments via Alva Labs.
- Perform sourcing activities via LinkedIn Recruiter.
Who we are looking for
- Have solid experience in tech recruitment.
- Are familiar with competency-based recruitment and assessment tools.
- Have experience supporting managers through the entire recruitment process.
- Are self-motivated and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Have prior experience working with AI and Copilot.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with Teamtailor.
- A background in recruiting for IT and technical roles.
