About the Role:

In this role, you are expected to be a skilled and responsive recruiter who thrives on working broadly – sometimes with technical and industrial professional roles, but also with other types of positions. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process – from requirement specification meetings with the client to search, headhunting, and handling incoming applications.

The work is largely administrative, but recruitment is fundamentally about people and dialogues. Therefore, you need to be able to adapt your communication style based on who you are meeting and be responsive to both the client's and the candidate's needs. A central part of the role is to coordinate meetings and interviews between clients and candidates, acting as a bridge between them, where you create clarity, security, and structure in the process.

The role requires a systematic and structured approach, high capacity for multitasking, and the ability to juggle many balls in the air simultaneously. Your industry experience becomes invaluable as you drive the process forward, hold meetings with both clients and candidates, and ensure that the best technical talents are matched with the right opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For:

• You are passionate about technology and show this through your commitment to finding the best technical talents.
• At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with or without client responsibility.
• Relevant education is a plus.
• Experience with successful recruitments in the technology sector is a plus.
• You have a sales-oriented attitude and are ready to be a key player in our forward journey.
• You contribute new ideas and efficiencies that drive the business.
• You are a skilled relationship builder with a good professional reputation.
• You have good self-awareness and a desire to develop.
