Drottning Blankas Gymnasieskola in Jakobsberg

Drottning Blankas Gymnasieskola in Jakobsberg offers both vocational and university-preparatory education. The school has approximately 300 students and 30 employees.

We are looking for

We are looking for a teacher with a background in sales and service. You have experience or interest in teaching at the upper secondary level and thrive on creating engagement and professional identity among students. You hold a teaching license with eligibility for the Commerce and Administration program or equivalent.

Your role

The position involves planning, implementing, and evaluating teaching in the courses included in the assignment. You work based on current regulatory documents and adapt the teaching to the students' needs and prerequisites with a clear professional perspective. The role also includes mentorship for a class in year 1.

In addition to teaching, you have a special assignment to be responsible for the school's presence on social media, primarily Instagram. This involves planning, producing, and publishing content that reflects the school's entire operation and strengthens our brand.

Your profile

We are looking for you with a strong commitment to teaching and the professional development of students. You have the ability to connect theory with practice and make teaching relevant and realistic. You build good relationships with students, are attentive to their needs, and wish to contribute to their future professional lives.

You have an interest in communication and digital channels and are comfortable working creatively with social media content. Experience in content creation or similar is an advantage.

You enjoy collaborating with colleagues, are open to developing your teaching, and actively participate in collegial learning.
