Ikasus is now seeking empathetic and driven elevator assistants for our operations. Here, you will work with students with autism and intellectual disabilities, from pre-school class up to upper secondary school. As an elevator assistant, you are an important support in the students' daily lives and development. You work closely with students and colleagues in an engaged team.

Your responsibilities include among other things:

• Supporting students in schoolwork and activities such as sports, swimming, and excursions

• Providing support throughout the entire school day as well as during after-school care/short-term supervision

• Contributing to the students' personal development and independence

• Working with clear pedagogical methods and positive reinforcement

• Documenting and following up on the students' development

We are looking for you who have a genuine interest in supporting children and young people with special needs.

We would like you to:

• Have education as an elevator assistant, childcare worker, or equivalent

• Have experience with the target group (meritorious)

• Be a secure and positive team player

• Be solution-focused, flexible, and resilient

• Have a good ability to build relationships and trust

• Master Swedish in speech and writing

Personal suitability is given great weight.

• Scope: Full-time

• Working hours: 07:30–17:00

• Start date: According to agreement

We apply individual salary setting and collective agreements. Interviews are conducted on a rolling basis.
