About the job

Vallentuna Animal, Nature and Music Preschool is a small private preschool with 23 children divided into three groups this autumn. The team consists of preschool teachers, three childcare assistants, and a principal who occasionally works with the children when needed.

Our cornerstones are animals, nature, and music. We collaborate with a 4H farm that has farmyard animals. The children visit the farm once a week in small groups. We place great emphasis on music and rhythmics, where the children develop their skills in beat and rhythm.

The forest is right around the corner, providing a perfect setting for the children to explore nature.

We are now looking for a preschool teacher on a part-time basis for the autumn of 2026. The position involves between 16–20 hours per week.

You are an engaged and curious preschool teacher with strong collaboration skills, flexibility, and an appreciation for working in a small-scale, mixed-age environment.

A preschool teacher license is required, along with experience working in preschool settings, such as as a childcare assistant or preschool teacher.
