About the Role:

Nordic Learning Center is currently seeking an engaged and knowledgeable teacher in Hospitality and Tourism (with a focus on Reception) and Sales and Service to work full-time. The role involves teaching, grading and assessing student assignments, and providing feedback on presented knowledge. You will also be responsible for following up with students during their workplace learning (APL) and other duties associated with the position.

We are looking for someone who can start immediately and is available to work on-site, as remote work is not an option for this position.

Requirements:

Teaching certification is required.
You have subject-specific qualifications in Hospitality and Tourism and/or Sales and Service.
You have an agile approach to learning, focusing on adapting teaching to individuals' different prerequisites and needs.
Experience in teaching using various instructional methods.

Your Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct teaching in Hospitality and Tourism as well as Sales and Service.
Provide individual support and feedback to students based on a formative approach, where the students' learning process is continuously assessed and developed.
Adapt teaching based on students' individual needs and prerequisites.
Participate in pedagogical development work to continuously improve teaching methods and course materials.
