At Nordiskt Lärcenter, you will meet adult students with diverse backgrounds, goals, and prerequisites – all sharing one common trait: they want to move forward. We are now looking for an engaged mathematics teacher who wants to be part of this work.

This is a role for you if you thrive in the classroom, are comfortable meeting students where they are academically, and want to make a difference during an intensive and meaningful period.

About the Position

The position is a part-time role of approximately 15 hours per week, starting immediately. You will teach during the day at our unit in Täby, but also have distance students from our unit in Nacka. Teaching takes place both in the classroom and remotely.

Nordiskt Lärcenter is covered by a collective agreement, which provides you with a secure employment and good terms.

What You Will Do

You will plan and conduct mathematics teaching at the compulsory school and upper secondary levels, adapting the content to each student's prerequisites and needs, and providing feedback and support along the way. At our school, no class is the same as another, and that is exactly what makes the work meaningful.

What We Are Looking For

You have a teaching license with qualification in mathematics and experience teaching at both upper secondary and compulsory school levels. You are confident in the classroom environment and have the ability to create a structured and welcoming learning climate. It is also important that you are able to work at both our units in Täby and Nacka.
