Fred Trafik School is looking for an experienced and dedicated driving instructor for our school in Vällingby.

We are looking for you who are a qualified driving instructor and have at least 2 years of continuous work experience as a driving instructor. You know that the profession is much more than just time behind the wheel – it is an important pedagogical craft where every student needs security, structure, and clear guidance.

With us, you take overall responsibility for your students' education and help them develop step by step towards safe and independent driving.

Fred Trafik School is located in Vällingby and our main driving test area is Järfälla. Therefore, it is an advantage if you are comfortable with the Transport Agency's test environment and the area around Järfälla.

About the position

The work is carried out according to a fixed rolling 6-week schedule, where you usually have 5–7 driving lessons per day. Weekends are planned flexibly based on your preferences.

The lessons are:

• 60 minutes on weekdays before 18:00
• 50 minutes on evenings and weekends

Compensation is paid for every booked and conducted lesson with a student.

Employment type

You can choose the setup that suits you best:

• Intermittent hourly employment
• Consultancy assignment as a sub-contractor

As a consultant, you can work with or without your own car.

We are looking for you who

• are a certified/qualified driving instructor
• have at least 2 years of continuous work experience as a driving instructor
• are pedagogical, calm, and clear in your teaching
• take responsibility for the student's entire educational journey
• are meticulous with planning, feedback, and documentation
• preferably have good local knowledge of Järfälla and the Transport Agency's test area
