The Education Administration is responsible for preschool, after-school centers, primary school, upper secondary school, as well as adapted primary and upper secondary schools. We have over 3,200 employees across 40 preschools, 22 primary schools, and four upper secondary schools. The Role and Responsibilities

As a teacher, you are a vital part of helping Botkyrka Municipality become Sweden's best school municipality, where students succeed in school and develop according to their unique abilities.

Your assignment involves conducting teaching and related tasks such as preparation and follow-up work. You contribute to a good learning environment through active collaboration in the work group. Together, you focus on the students' knowledge development. You also collaborate with other staff at the school. You actively participate in the school's values-based work and promote inclusive practices. You are committed to staying updated as a teacher and in your subject areas through environmental scanning, further education, and collegial learning. You are expected to work formatively and use digital tools in your teaching.

What We Offer You

You will teach music in grades F-5. The role also includes organizing and leading Lucia celebrations and school closing ceremonies.

We are looking for someone who is confident and clear in their leadership. You should have a good ability to build positive relationships with students and parents. You should be eager to collaborate closely with colleagues at the school.

Who You Are

Requirements:

• Teacher certification in music
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing (language test will be conducted)

Merits:

• Experience working as a teacher.
• ICT skills (Google)
• Experience with V-Class (adapted education)
