What does it mean to be part of the Clustera team?

Clustera is an established company with a high ceiling, where creativity and innovation are welcome. We are part of a global group with extensive experience in international matching services. With a stable value base, we guide in all situations.

At Clustera, we believe in people's abilities and are passionate about supporting and uplifting them. Our goal in interactions with others is to motivate and inspire new opportunities. This applies to our participants and partners, as well as our employees and society at large.

The Role

Do you want to be part of creating something new? Clustera is already successfully working with Career Guidance in several parts of the country. We are now establishing operations in Södertälje and are looking for you who want to be involved from the start. Here you get the chance to combine operational work with the opportunity to influence and develop a business in its growth phase.

You will work with guidance within our Career Guidance program, which is a commission from the Swedish Public Employment Service. The purpose is to provide our participants, who are job seekers, with support and help to make well-considered choices to find sustainable paths to education and work.

As a study and career counselor, you will be part of a team working with career guidance. Your task is to support and guide participants, based on their prerequisites, towards realistic study and career choices. During the career guidance process, they become aware of their competencies and abilities and what they need to develop professionally to achieve their goals. You will work with participants both individually and in groups, leading various group activities.

The role includes informing participants about different study paths and occupational areas and supporting them on their way to suitable and sustainable education and jobs. Together with the participant, you build a realistic career plan that describes the steps needed to reach the final goal: a job.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Being responsible for the cohesive guidance process.
  • Conducting mapping interviews, individual counseling sessions, group guidance, workshops, lectures, and learning initiatives.
  • Identifying the participant's needs, experiences, competencies, and interests.
  • Creating clear and realistic career plans together with participants.
  • Planning, documenting, and coordinating.
  • Collaborating with other study and career counselors and supervisors.
  • Establishing and maintaining good contact with companies and educational providers.

We are looking for someone who is driven, self-motivated, goal-oriented, structured, and quality-conscious. It is important that you are curious, empathetic, creative, relationship-oriented, and able to adapt to different people and situations. Additionally, you are accustomed to gathering information, have good knowledge of current educational areas, and have experience using digital tools.

There is a clear set of rules to follow, as the role is a commission from the Swedish Public Employment Service. Therefore, it is important that we work according to the same structure and routines, and that we do so together as a unified team.

The position is full-time and on-site at our office in Södertälje.

Requirements

You are a graduated study and career counselor and are fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing.

A certificate of studies must be presented.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability. Additional languages beyond Swedish and English are meritorious.

What We Offer

Clustera's employees are our most important asset, which is why we want to offer a role that is both inspiring and gives you significant room for maneuver. We are driven by seeing people develop, and we give you the opportunity to use your competence and creativity in your work. Together with your coaching manager, you will receive support in shaping your career, continuing to grow, and reaching your goals.

Application deadline: August 2. Please apply as soon as possible, as interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis and employment may occur before the final application deadline.

Employment: 100% on-site at our office in Södertälje.

Start date: During August 2026.
