Upp & Hoppa Academy is a concept preschool focused on sports and movement, sustainability, and health. Our vision is to give children the best prerequisites for active, healthy, and joyful learning through movement every day.

We are now looking for an engaged and driven childcare worker who wants to become part of our team.

The position is a temporary assignment on a toddler department during parental leave. The start date is ASAP, with a desired start in August. The temporary contract extends until November, with good opportunities for extension.

We are looking for you who are a trained childcare worker and have a warm approach as well as a clear pedagogical foundation. You can be new to the profession or have several years of experience. The most important thing for us is that you contribute with your strengths, complement the work team, and want to help develop the pedagogical operations.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and have a high work ethic. You thrive in an operation where a lot is happening and where you get to take your own initiatives. At Upp & Hoppa, we value participation, engagement, and short decision-making paths. We want you to contribute with creativity, energy, and a positive attitude in the daily work.

You meet every child with respect, attentiveness, and care. Naturally, you have a professional approach and work to create good relationships with both guardians and colleagues.
