We are looking for engaged and positive female assistants for a social and active woman in central Huddinge. You can easily reach the location by public transport.

The position is for extra help as needed.

Varying working hours: days/afternoons/evenings/full days.

With increased demand during the summer.

About the assignment

The woman has a muscle disease that affects both mobility and breathing, which is why she uses an electric wheelchair and a ventilator. As a personal assistant, you will support her with certain transfers and personal care, as well as help with daily chores at home.

The assignment is far from just practical tasks – it also means joining in on fun activities! The user loves interior design, so shopping trips and inspiration tours to furniture stores are recurring highlights. During the summer, excursions, coffee breaks in the city, and lazy days in the sun are on the schedule. When energy levels are low, a quiet day with Netflix and board games is equally appreciated.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for you who are a confident and independent woman between 23–50 years old. You have experience under your belt, are perceptive and meticulous, and are proficient in Swedish both orally and in writing. Experience in healthcare and care is meritorious, but not a requirement – we will teach you what you need on the job.

To thrive in the role, we would like you to share the user's interests, such as travel, music, interior design, video games, board games, and series. This makes the workday both more fun and more rewarding for both of you!
