Responsibilities As a personal assistant, you provide individually adapted support based on the client's needs, wishes, and conditions. This can include, for example:

• Personal care and hygiene
• Support in daily life
• Cooking and household chores
• Accompanying to activities and errands
• Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and meaningful daily life

• Has previous experience working as a personal assistant
• Is responsible and has a professional attitude
• Is flexible and can work with short notice
• Is sensitive and adaptable based on the client's needs and wishes
• Has good knowledge of the Swedish language and experience with documentation

• Class B driver's license
• Experience with assistive devices and different functional variations

• A varied and meaningful job

2. Initial Conversation: The recruitment manager contacts you for an initial conversation.
3. Interview: An interview is conducted.
4. Needs-based Employment: After the recruitment process, needs-based employment is offered to candidates who proceed and are selected.
5. Client Introduction: Introduction at the client's home, where you get to know the client, routines, and working methods.
6. System Introduction: Introduction to our business systems and the documentation included in the assignment. This introduction takes place digitally via Microsoft Teams.
7. Training: Digital training in personal assistance.
