We are looking for two personal assistants for a humorous, tech-savvy young man, soon to turn 19, who has autism, ADHD, and intellectual disability (IF). You will become an important part of his daily life, accompanying him at home, at school, and during leisure time.

We are seeking one assistant for approximately 75–80% and another for approximately 50%. For the right candidate, one of these positions may also include coordination responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, planning, and serving as a natural contact person within the work team.

We are looking for someone who

• Is secure, responsible, and sensitive.
• Works well in a team but can also work independently.
• Is structured, flexible, and takes initiative.
• Is a non-smoker.

A valid driver’s license and access to a car are required. You must have excellent command of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good knowledge of English. Experience in care work is an advantage, but we place the greatest emphasis on personal suitability and chemistry.

Job Responsibilities

You will provide support in daily life based on individual needs, including personal care, tube feeding, medication administration, and communication. You will help create structure, interpret situations, and make daily life safe and meaningful.
