About the role

Our substitute staff bank is linked to several of our clients, which means that as a substitute, you will work with different individuals based on the operational needs. The work is varied and gives you the opportunity to meet different people. This is a job that suits you if you want varied, flexible, and important work. We are looking for people who have a natural and friendly approach towards our assistance recipients. One of our assistants describes their work: Going home to a client who smiles from ear to ear because they get to see you is one of the best feelings there is! Responsibilities As a personal assistant, you provide individually adapted support based on the client's needs, wishes, and conditions. This can include, for example:

  • Personal care and hygiene
  • Support in daily life
  • Cooking and household chores
  • Accompanying to activities and errands
  • Contributing to a safe, participatory, and meaningful daily life
We are looking for you who
  • Have previous experience working as a personal assistant
  • Are responsible and have a professional attitude
  • Are flexible and can work with short notice
  • Are sensitive and adaptable based on the client's needs and wishes
  • Have good knowledge of the Swedish language and experience with documentation

Introduction at the client's home, where you get to know the client, routines, and working methods. 6. Introduction to our operational systems and the documentation included in the assignment.
