Our substitute bank is linked to several of our clients, which means that as a substitute, you will work with different individuals based on operational needs. The work is varied and gives you the opportunity to meet different people. This is a job that suits you if you want varied, flexible, and important work. We are looking for people who have a natural and kind approach towards our clients entitled to assistance. Responsibilities As a personal assistant, you provide individually adapted support based on the client's needs, wishes, and conditions. This can include, for example:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Support in daily life
- Cooking and household chores
- Accompanying to activities and errands
- Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and meaningful everyday life
- Has previous experience working as a personal assistant
- Is responsible and has a professional attitude
- Is flexible and can work with short notice
- Is sensitive and adaptable based on the client's needs and wishes
- Has good knowledge of the Swedish language and experience with documentation
- Category B driver's license
- Experience with assistive devices and different functional variations
- A varied and meaningful job
