We are looking for a Craft Pedagogue for Frösunda Slussen & Atelier, a day activity center specializing in autism spectrum disorder. Our clients belong to person group 1 and are placed with us via LSS decisions. Our goal is to run a customer-focused operation with high quality. Do you want to become part of our team? Job Responsibilities
As a craft pedagogue, you are part of a team consisting of one craft pedagogue and three activity coaches. You collaborate around clients and activities to jointly contribute to meaningfulness, security, and continuity.
In our atelier, you guide clients in various types of materials and techniques, such as painting, drawing, mosaic, sculpture, upcycling crafts, carpentry, graphics, textiles, embroidery, felting, knitting, and crochet. With structure as a foundation, you have great freedom to shape the content of the operation based on the clients' needs and interests. You guide clients in their own projects, plan inspiring theme weeks, lead workshops, and organize other joint activities.
You are the contact person for some of our clients and document according to current regulations. As a contact person, you collaborate with the client's network and support the client in internships if needed.
Supporting social interaction is an important function you have on a daily basis.

Our operation is located centrally on Södermalm, close to beautiful walking areas, art galleries, and cafes, just a few minutes from Södra Station, Mariatorget, and Medborgarplatsen. Here you are met by bright premises with both individual offices and shared spaces.

In our Slussen location, there are focuses such as Data & IT, Writing & Studies, Internship, Health & Well-being, and Joint Activities.
In the atelier, clients can work with various materials and techniques such as painting, drawing, mosaic, sculpture, upcycling crafts, graphics, textiles, embroidery, felting, knitting, and crochet.
We are looking for someone who
- Has extensive experience working with people diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.
- Is educated as a craft pedagogue or has equivalent education.
- Has basic experience in the techniques of art and craft subjects and can practice idea to execution in a creative and pedagogical way.
- Has basic knowledge of IT tools for social documentation.
- Has good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

Other Information
Employment Type: Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period.
Scope: Part-time 80%, scheduled Tuesday-Friday 9-17.
Start Date: As soon as possible.
We apply individual salary setting and have collective agreements. Interviews are conducted continuously, and the position may be filled before the last application date. Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
In the event of employment, you must be able to produce an extract from the criminal record register. You must also be able to prove that you have the right to work in Sweden, by showing that you have citizenship within the EU/EEA or alternatively a valid work permit.
