Personal assistance is a support measure under the LSS Act (Act concerning Support and Service for Certain Functionally Impaired People). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to people who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks will vary depending on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making daily life run smoothly.

About the role

The role of a personal assistant places high demands on the ability to build good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is sensitive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take initiative and see what needs to be done.

The client is a 24-year-old woman with a great interest in film and writing, as well as hair and makeup. She has a muscle disease, so as an assistant, you are expected to help with physical tasks such as dressing, assisting with movement, transfers, etc.

We are now looking for you who fits the following:

• Want to work for a 24-year-old woman living in Farsta
• Are physically strong as there are transfers and lifting involved

It is also an advantage if you:

• Have experience in similar work
• Share the client's interests

Great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours and degree of employment

The current form of employment is hourly temporary work. We are now looking for responsible hourly substitutes who can work as needed, for example, during the absence, leave, or vacation periods of regular staff.

Working hours:

Shifts are scheduled for day, evening, and night (awake night) as well as weekends.

The main working hours are scheduled according to the following shifts:

Day/Evening: 07:00–19:00

Awake night: 19:00–07:00

We would appreciate it if you have a high degree of flexibility and the ability to step in even with short notice.

Salary:

Fixed hourly rate according to agreement and other allowances are made according to the collective agreement.

Start date:

Immediately
